VION Lighting Warranty

At VION Lighting, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That's why we proudly offer the following warranty coverage:

Lifetime Warranty

All VION Lighting systems—including lights and control boxes—are backed by a Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, provided they are installed by a certified installer. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

3-Year Limited Warranty

If the lighting system is installed by a homeowner, business owner, or any non-certified installer, the system is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty also covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Limitations

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Proof of purchase and installation by a certified installer (for lifetime coverage) is required for warranty claims.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or environmental factors beyond our control (e.g., floods, power surges).

Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact VION Lighting Customer Support with your proof of purchase and installation documentation. Our team will assist you promptly to resolve any issues.
